The American Evaluation Association is comprised of 4,000 members who are devoted to the application and exploration of many different forms of evaluation. They currently use one database within their office and a separate one for their website. These two databases are essential to their business and are not integrated in any way. Updating a membership of this size with two non-communicating databases is a management nightmare. They currently have an online event registration feature but it is not connected to either database. In addition, there is no standardization across any of their affiliates who are basically sub-associations. Epsilonium was given the task of fixing these problems. Fortunately, Association EZ was built to do all these things from one easy-to-use, web-based solution. When completed, AEA will have a solution with the following features:
